From my personal experience, you should use the Perplexity because the response time from them was something that I did not expect. It provides the information and codes that I need almost instantly within seconds.
On the other side, Hugging Face chat was a little bit slower to provide the codes that I needed. But both of these websites are good enough if you want to explore the code llama model for free.
Perplexity uses the 32b model of llama this is why it may respond faster than Hugging Face chat but both of them have provided the accurate results I need.
